Buford Creech, CCA

Buford began his agricultural career as a Farm Center Manager for Agrico Chemical Company, Inc. where he designed a series of Crop Fertility Calculators and associated models. After graduating from East Carolina University BS 1978 (Biology), he continued his graduate studies during 1979 with a focus to gain higher education in plant physiology and biochemistry and has continued study in plant and soil chemistry and biology. As Co-Owner of New Generation Ag, LLC, he’s a CCA Certified Crop Adviser, a Practicing Ag Consultant, and has received training as a Technical Service Provider for nutrient management programs, while also providing crop production advice and scouting for farming operations. Buford is also an active member of several professional associations and societies: ASA, CSSA, SSSA, ASHS, ISHS, FTGA, FNGA, GCSAA, ACS, and various other professional associations.

Dr. Jacoby was formerly the Lab Director and Lead Agronomist at Highland Precision Agriculture followed by Director of Products and Technologies at Terra Feed. Dr. Jacoby currently provides Agronomic consulting for numerous conventional and organic growers through New Generation Ag and is a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Hardee Fresh. Dr. Jacoby has been involved with the Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association, Florida Strawberry Growers Association, and the Florida Turf Grass Association.

In her 18 years with Golf Ventures, her responsibilities included operations, sales, marketing and event planning for a maintenance supply company servicing golf property and the professional turf industry. In 2014 Debbie moved to International Club Supplies and sister company Golf Turf Equipment where she continued in the turf industry as Vice President Vendor & Client Services and Marketing. She was instrumental in supporting the industry with the NGCOA, CMAA, GCSAA, FTGA and was a member of the Industry Advisory Council. In addition to managing event planning for trade shows, national, regional and local associations events, Debbie’s leadership qualities and vast industry knowledge make her a great addition to the New Generation Ag, LLC team. Entegra acquired ICS in 2019 and Debbie lead the transition from ICS to Entegra for the golf industry. Debbie’s focus is on partnerships with Customers, Vendor Partners, Industry Professionals and the environment where New Generation Ag, LLC is making a difference.
